MITACHEM Micro Pulveriser Machine is working to reduce the size of material with fast grinding, up to super mesh and very economically. The machine has C. I. heavy robust construction with standard heavy design to reduce the size of different materials.
The machine is also known as Micro Mill. MITACHEM offers different models for different capacities and in varied designs to suit every application. Also, tailor-made design is available. The machines are offered with Water Cooling and Air Cooling Devices.
We have some special designs developed for grinding of low temperature and low melting point materials to grind with fine mesh.
The machine has Swing hammer to cut the material with the help of liner. At the bottom, Screen pass the material and if the material size is not reduced, then the material is brought again for grinding. The machine is working on higher r.p.m., so material has to cut resulting very fine material up to micro mesh as required.
